Yoga Meditation States

Staggering Video on Yoga Meditation States

In this staggering video Ken Wilber can stop his brainwaves in an instance and go into a number of yoga meditation states. There are several states of Yoga meditation including nirvikalpa closed eyes, nirvikalpa open eyes, sahaj, and mantra-savikalpa that Ken brilliantly demonstrates.

In this video is the famous EEG machine recording where Ken enters various meditative states, one of which is a type of “thoughtless,” “image-less,” or “formless” state, whose correlate is that his brainwaves come to an almost complete stop, as clearly recorded on this portable electroencephalograph (EEG) machine.

The brainwave machine shows Ken going from Beta, to Alpha and Theta levels of mind.

If you’d like to know more about the Alpha, Beta and Theta levels of mine - check out the free online course on SilvaUltraMindSystem.com

The course also includes a 27 minute audio that you can download and listen to. It guides you into the Alpha level of mind. If you’re lucky - you might even reach Theta. Its free too. Sign up for the free course and you get the Audio sent to you on Day 2.

The portable electroencephalograph (EEG) machine used by Ken Wilber in this video interests me. Where and how can I buy it? How much is it?

Wonderful material. I’d like to mention that Thelma J. Riley(my wife),passed away Feb.20,2007. I purchased the home study course with her card. The course has helped me keep my sanity during these dreadful times, where her 4 sons have evicted me from the house, I’v lived in with their mother for the last 5 years! There is more to this but I’ll not air it here. I’ll shall, when I’m settled in Florida, take a live course.

    Greetings,
Where do I get one of the eeg machines you use in the video and instruction on how to use it. Is there anything out there that would display and record activity in-the-moment for later review?
I believe this feedback may be of value in helping me to overcome, what I have no choice other than to describe, possession.
    Hoping that isn’t too creepy,
    Brennan R. Cook

Do you remember when you were very young when you used to experiment with holding your breath? I would do this in the crossed legs position. I had no idea what I was doing until more than 20 years later that this is a foundation in Ha-Tha Yoga called Prana-yama on Saman-yana or withholding the breath in the lotus position.

My point is that noone needs esoteric schools of thought to practice mind control because we are all born with this ability.

On the other hand, most people disregard their natural abilities, so we actually need these esoteric schools of thought to put us back on track.
